Company directors, officers, and employees must follow all applicable munipal, provincial and federal laws, rules, and regulations. In a conflict between a law, rule, or regulation and a policy in this Code, the law takes precedence. However, the Code takes precedence in a conflict between local customers or policy and this Code.
