Quels sont les probl\u00e8mes technologiques auxquels les d\u00e9taillants sont confront\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 moderne ? Ce ne sont l\u00e0 que quelques-unes des questions auxquelles nous avons voulu r\u00e9pondre lorsque nous avons command\u00e9 l'\u00e9tude Retail Reinvented \u00e0 notre partenaire de recherche, IHL, en interrogeant 206 grandes enseignes de la distribution sur leurs services technologiques g\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9tude indique qu'entre le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2020 et 2023, le secteur du commerce de d\u00e9tail a connu une expansion remarquable, injectant plus de $2 trillions de revenus. Cette croissance sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent s'est produite alors que le nombre d'employ\u00e9s a diminu\u00e9 de plus de 3 millions. L'innovation technologique a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'un des principaux moteurs de la croissance dans le secteur du commerce de d\u00e9tail, mais elle a \u00e9galement constitu\u00e9 une source de difficult\u00e9s pour les d\u00e9taillants de toutes tailles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examinons les principales conclusions de l'enqu\u00eate et analysons leur histoire. Mais tout d'abord, nous allons nous pencher sur les probl\u00e8mes technologiques que rencontrent les d\u00e9taillants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Points faibles du commerce de d\u00e9tail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>IHL a divis\u00e9 les d\u00e9taillants en trois groupes en fonction de leur taille :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Niveau 1 - Plus de $1 milliards de revenus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Niveau 2 - $500 millions \u00e0 $1 milliards de revenus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Niveau 3 - Moins de $500 millions de revenus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils ont constat\u00e9 que les points probl\u00e9matiques variaient en fonction de la taille du d\u00e9taillant. Les d\u00e9taillants de niveau 1 \u00e9taient principalement pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par l'int\u00e9gration de la technologie dans les solutions et par le soutien des initiatives omnicanales. L'\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que ces d\u00e9taillants \u00e0 forte croissance ont des strat\u00e9gies op\u00e9rationnelles et des probl\u00e8mes diff\u00e9rents de ceux de leurs concurrents. En t\u00eate des pr\u00e9occupations des d\u00e9taillants gagnants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pomeroy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/retail-blog-Winners-Pain-Points-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18855\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Un nombre remarquable de 100% des gagnants interrog\u00e9s ont ressenti des difficult\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d'int\u00e9gration et de support omnicanal, tandis que 94% \u00e9taient pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par la vitesse du r\u00e9seau. Que sugg\u00e8rent ces chiffres ? Il est probable que ces points de douleur se distinguent par l'importance accord\u00e9e par les laur\u00e9ats au service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et au maintien de la disponibilit\u00e9 de leurs services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu'est-ce qui distingue nos gagnants ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, les gagnants d\u00e9pensent jusqu'\u00e0 quatre fois plus pour leurs budgets informatiques. En outre, les d\u00e9taillants gagnants sont beaucoup plus susceptibles d'utiliser des services g\u00e9r\u00e9s que leurs concurrents moyens ou inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pomeroy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/retail-blog-What-Services-Do-Winners-Use-Most-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18836\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Notamment,&nbsp;<strong>z\u00e9ro<\/strong>&nbsp;r\u00e9pondants de niveau 1 ont admis avoir recours \u00e0 un OEM pour le service d'assistance de niveau 1 et 2, et \u00e0 seulement 0,9% pour le niveau 3 et 4. Les entreprises pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent un service d'assistance tiers, partag\u00e9 \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales avec un service d'assistance interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principaux enseignements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9taillants gagnants dont la croissance des ventes est \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10% investissent massivement dans les technologies de l'information et sont beaucoup plus susceptibles de faire appel \u00e0 des services g\u00e9r\u00e9s par des tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les gagnants sont:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2,3 fois plus susceptibles d'utiliser des services tiers pour le renouvellement de leur mat\u00e9riel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7x plus susceptibles de faire appel \u00e0 des services g\u00e9r\u00e9s par des tiers plut\u00f4t qu'\u00e0 une assistance interne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4,2 fois plus susceptibles de s'associer \u00e0 des services externes pour les services d'assistance de niveau 1 et 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6x plus susceptibles d'employer une assistance tierce pour les services d'assistance de niveau 3-4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non seulement les d\u00e9taillants gagnants sont plus susceptibles de d\u00e9penser plus que leurs rivaux en mati\u00e8re de technologie, mais ils sont aussi beaucoup plus susceptibles de faire appel \u00e0 des experts en services g\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L'avenir de l'innovation dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur de la vente au d\u00e9tail est en pleine mutation, principalement sous l'effet de trois facteurs essentiels : l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la croissance des ventes au d\u00e9tail, l'adoption et l'int\u00e9gration rapides de technologies de pointe dans les magasins et la p\u00e9nurie notable de personnel qualifi\u00e9 dans le domaine de l'entretien et de la maintenance sur le terrain.
