As Director of Engagement Services, Jeff’s mandate is to ensure the delivery of high-quality responses to procurement and client requests and to act as an advocate for the Canadian sales team within the broader organization. He oversees both evergreen and enterprise-level projects across North America, with a focus on governance, vendor management, and continuous process improvement.
With 14 years of experience in the IT industry, Jeff has played a pivotal role in expanding Soroc’s business as the Director of Sales, being promoted from Program Manager overseeing projects for TD Bank. He led the North American project team, driving the growth of TD Bank’s business within Soroc. Additionally, he was a part of the team that secured Soroc’s first public sector RFP.
Jeff’s previous role was as a Project Lead for TD Bank. There he oversaw various technology refreshes and process updates. His career spans various industries in both operational and sales roles.
