In her previous role at Bell Canada, Tracy developed a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and business development. These experiences inform her current approach to cultivating successful channel partnerships that deliver measurable results. She spearheaded the team responsible for the B2B Partner Program for unified communication, networking, security, and cloud practices, equipping her with a robust foundation for developing scalable, innovative partner programs at Soroc.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a dedicated community volunteer. She serves organizations such as Horizons for Youth Toronto, where she helps coordinate meal preparation and donations.
