Pomeroy and Soroc Launch SmartServices and SmartWorkplace to End Enterprise Support Fragmentation

New suite replaces ticket-driven IT with zero-friction, autonomous service delivery across the enterprise

HEBRON, Kentucky and WOODBRIDGE, Ontario (March 31, 2026) — Pomeroy Technologies, LLC and its Canadian entity, Soroc Technology, today announced SmartServices, a unified, AI-powered suite that reimagines how work gets done across the enterprise using intelligent automation to autonomously predict, resolve, remediate, and optimize service delivery across functions.

Built on BanzAI, Pomeroy’s proprietary adaptive AI platform, SmartServices replaces fragmented, ticket-driven models with a zero-touch operating layer that enhances employee experience, reduces IT burden, accelerates resolution, and delivers measurable cost savings in weeks, not years.

As the role of IT is being rewritten, organizations are pivoting from viewing it as a cost center to a primary revenue driver. IDC’s 2025 CEO Tech Agenda Study confirms this shift, noting that fewer than one in four CEOs now expect their tech leaders to focus on cost reduction. Instead, 75% are tasking them with orchestrating digital transformation and pioneering new revenue streams through AI. SmartServices is built for that mandate.

“The managed services industry has been selling the same model for twenty years — more headcount, more tools, and more tickets. SmartServices is a direct rejection of that,” said Tom Signorello, CEO of Pomeroy Technologies. “When AI can predict, act, and resolve without being asked, IT stops being a cost center and starts being a competitive advantage. That’s not a vision. That’s what we’re delivering now.”

SmartWorkplace: A Single, High-Intelligence Service Layer

SmartWorkplace, a core offering within the SmartServices suite, unifies IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Customer Service into a high-intelligence service layer. Most enterprises run disconnected systems with mismatched response models and no shared logic between them. SmartWorkplace runs one—integrating device management, workplace support, and user experience optimization into a single, unified model. By leveraging task agents and orchestrating insights from multiple systems, it delivers a cohesive, intelligent experience across the enterprise.

Shifting from reactive issue resolution to proactive service delivery, SmartWorkplace doesn’t wait for an employee to open a ticket or flag a problem. It reads signals, acts across systems in real time, and resolves issues before they surface. Proactive L1–L3 automation cuts resolution times from hours to seconds, lowers operating costs, and holds rigorous compliance standards throughout. Employees stop burning time on low-value troubleshooting and organizations get faster and more resilient as a result.

SmartWorkplace joins SmartDesk, Pomeroy and Soroc’s AI-driven service desk that replaces the traditional ticket queue with a conversational and agentic AI platform that autonomously handles, resolves, and manages cases from request to resolution. The result is a service desk that understands what employees are asking, routes it correctly the first time, and resolves it faster than traditional, human-led models can.

“The complexity of enterprise IT isn’t slowing down. Neither are employee expectations,” said Dan Huberty, Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at Pomeroy Technologies. “SmartServices gives organizations a way to get ahead of both. Intelligent automation in service operations isn’t a future state anymore. It’s what we’re putting in front of customers today.”

SmartDesk was launched in late 2025, as part of the growing SmartServices suite. Additional service modules will be introduced throughout 2026.
