Acquisition empowers combined company to enhance solution offerings and services delivery, create more value for clients

NEW YORK, New York (December 10, 2024) — Pomeroy Technologies, LLC (“Pomeroy”), an industry leader in technology solutions and services, has recently completed the acquisition and integration of Soroc Technology, a full-service technology solutions and services provider headquartered in Woodbridge, Ontario, that serves clients across North America. The acquisition and integration deliver a streamlined client experience and maximize opportunities for innovation.

In 2022, Soroc combined with DecisionOne, a U.S.-based IT services company. Pomeroy’s acquisition of Soroc expands Pomeroy’s footprint in North America and increases its service delivery capabilities in the U.S. and Canadian markets. The acquisition creates a combined team of more than 2,500 employees serving more than 60,000 client locations across North America and Western Europe.
